Our Restaurant hourly Associate Manager is a true embodiment of unbridled hospitality, responsible for helping to ensure seamless day-to-day front of house operations, with an unwavering commitment to excellence under the supervision of exempt Management. As Brand ambassador, they uphold our company's standards, crafting a memorable experience for Guests.  Our hourly associate manager fosters a culture that continuously strives for improvement and embraces a better for being here mentality.

To qualify for this role a great candidate has:
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Open availability (including but not limited to nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Strong communication and training skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
Preferred
  • 2 years of restaurant experience
  • Knowledgeable of local and State health codes
  • Knowledge of P&L, kitchen equipment, and inventory process
  • Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Schedules
  • Proven results in leading positive guests’ experiences

Insurance (subject to qualifications and requirements):  Health, vision, dental, life, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+). 
Retirement Benefits (subject to qualifications and requirements):  401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).
Paid Time Off (subject to qualifications and requirements):  0.03846 hours for each 1 hour worked (after 35+ Hours/week).
