Job Title: Project/Program Manager I
Job Description
The Project/Program Manager I is responsible for coordinating the WFM E-Commerce Q4 Holiday program. This role involves overseeing all aspects of Q4 holiday readiness, from pre-season planning through peak execution. The manager coordinates deadlines and responsibilities, monitors progress against key milestones, and prepares status reports for leadership regarding program key actions and risk areas.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end project plan for Q4 holiday readiness, including timeline development, milestone tracking, and deliverable management.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and key business partners to ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Lead recurring milestone check-in meetings to assess progress, identify blockers, and drive accountability across workstreams.
  • Manage daily standups and follow up directly with business partners to ensure tasks are completed on time during the Q4 holiday season.
  • Summarize program status, risks, and escalations for upper management on a regular basis.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of project/program management experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or operations.
  • Familiarity with a variety of project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills to conduct effective meetings, follow up with partners, and escalate appropriately.
  • Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals with creativity and latitude.

Work Environment
The role requires managing cross-functional projects, leading standups, and conducting weekly reviews. You will follow up with stakeholders and oversee project launching/readiness. The position may require weekend work during mid-November, approximately 5 hours weekly, in addition to standard office hours. You will be part of a collaborative team.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $35.00/hr.
