We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at our location in Lindstrom, United States. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining store standards
  • Lead, motivate, and train team members to achieve performance goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and ensure appropriate coverage during all shifts
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, process shipments, and conduct regular stock counts
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist in financial management, including cash handling, deposits, and basic accounting tasks
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet targets
