Facility: Athol Hospital
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week, Monday–Friday
Pay Rate :$63/hr – $70/hr W2.
 
Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department  in Athol, MA. This is a 13-week contract role with 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday onsite.
 
Responsibilities
Oversee daily ER operations and nursing staff
Manage staffing, workflow, performance, and patient care quality
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and hospital policies
Lead staff education, evaluations, and performance improvement
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
 
Requirements
Active MA RN License
Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
3–5 years of progressive clinical and leadership experience
ER experience required
ACLS and PALS required
TNCC, ENPC, or CEN preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills
