Job description

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, while supporting the organization's broader Talent Development objectives.
This role provides dedicated HRBP support to our Corporate functions, partnering closely with leaders to align people strategies, talent initiatives, and organizational priorities. It balances strong HRBP fundamentals with hands-on involvement in talent programs that strengthen leadership capability, performance, and internal pipelines. This position is well suited for an HRBP who values close collaboration with leaders and enjoys bringing talent strategies to life, without assuming a formal COE or program ownership role.
Key areas of support as a HRBP:
  • HR Strategy: Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and policies and align them with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Talent Management: Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring decisions align with longer-term talent and development goals
  • Talent Development: Support enterprise Talent Development & Strategy initiatives by contributing to the design, execution, and sustainment of talent programs Initiatives include:
    • Leadership development programs
    • Succession planning and talent review processes
    • Career pathing and development planning
  • Performance Management: Provide coaching and guidance on performance management, employee relations, and leadership effectiveness
  • Employee Relations: Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations, and resolution strategies aligned with legal requirements and our core values
  • HR Compliance: Ensure HR compliance in a multi-state environment and implement necessary changes to policies and processes
  • Data Analysis: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, develop proactive solutions, and contribute strategic insights
  • Special Projects: Lead and participate in HR projects, that enhance the employee experience and drive innovation in HR processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of Human Resources Generalist or HRBP experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct experience supporting Talent Development & Strategy initiatives
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and directly related professional experience in a Generalist or HRBP role
  • Broad-based HR and multi-site/multi-state experience
  • Working knowledge of Federal and State employment laws and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
  • Experience in HRIS systems (UKG)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Prepare and analyze data
  • Lead special projects as requested, projects will entail knowledge and understanding within the HR spectrum
  • Proven ability to work in an organized manner with the ability to manage time effectively to meet strict deadlines, at times handling multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining proper prioritization

This is a hybrid role with an on-site requirement of three days per week.
The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 -$120,000. The actual pay will be determined based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
