Job Description: HR Business Partner (Manager Level) We seek an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic Human Resources team at our corporate office. As an HR Business Partner, you will be crucial in supporting our corporate and call center employees. This position requires at least 5 years of experience providing HR support to corporate and call center environments

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization's objectives.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues fairly and promptly.
  • Partner with the HR team to ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive solutions.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and contribute to developing a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and deliver relevant programs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to enhance HR programs and processes continuously.
  • Lead or participate in HR-related projects, such as organizational restructuring, change management, -engagement survey, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably supporting corporate and call center employees.
  • Solid understanding of HR laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience in handling employee relations issues and conducting investigations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
