We are currently seeking a Warehouse Administrative Assistant to join our team!
The Warehouse Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to management and employees to ensure efficient operation of the warehouse.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Answer phones, direct calls as needed
  • Assist with customer orders and inquiries
  • Distribute daily mail
  • Assist with daily deposits
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Provide general office support to location
  • Assist with applying payments to customer accounts and documenting payments for the credit department
  • Other duties as assigned
