Compensation Options
W-2 / Hourly Positions:
  • SLP (CF to CCC-SLP): $65,000-$85,000 annually
  • Bilingual SLP (Spanish/English): $68,000-$90,000 annually
W-2/ Pay-Per-Visit (Optional):
  • SLP: $50-$76/hour
    (Based on experience and bilingual status)
Hours/Schedule: Create a schedule that works for you! (traditional 5 day/8 hours; can do 4-9-hour days & a one-half-day Friday OR 4-10-hour days)

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Cole Pediatric Therapy you will:

Qualified Candidates for this Speech Therapy position shall have the following:
  • Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy (Can be during student internships or as a CF)
  • Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders required
  • Passion for changing the lives of others
