Position Overview:
Today, Freddie Mac makes home possible for one in four home borrowers and is one of the largest sources of financing for multifamily housing! The Seniors Housing Production Team in Mclean, VA is seeking a new team member (MF Production Professional level) to help quote and process Seniors Housing transactions.
The Production Professional will join the Seniors Housing Production & Sales Team, which is responsible for complex seniors housing collateral debt financings. As a Professional, the role will be an external/ customer-facing position requiring building and maintaining external relationships to help the team source, originate, analyze, and successfully close our deals.
Responsibilities will also include working with internal team members to get deals processed and approved, while ensuring accuracy of deal-level data across internal systems. The Professional team member may also be asked to complete ad-hoc analyses and summaries of deals for management. Your Impact:
  • Take ownership of the process to work directly with the Team, to drive deals to a successful close.
  • Think critically to help drive a smooth execution for internal and external stakeholders/customers.
  • Think creatively and critically to help identify and drive improvements for deal processes, reporting, and analyses.
  • Work with various internal stakeholders to help ensure alignment and efficiency across various business lines.
  • Take responsibility for deals, as well as working with the team's Analyst to ensure consistency and accuracy of deal-level data across various reporting systems.
  • Develop and manage external client relationships
  • Build a deep understanding of each type of collateral eligible for Seniors Housing Product transactions
  • Build a thorough understanding of the production, credit, and legal due diligence processes
  • Facilitate and manage the development and execution of quotes
  • Perform ad hoc analyses
  • Communicate daily/often with internal business partners to drive the best execution.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or related field preferred
  • Multifamily loan experience is required
  • 2 - 4 years experience
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency is required
  • Understanding and familiarity with property level underwriting including NOI, DCR, and other sizing metrics

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $114,000 - $170,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
