The position creates effective housing funding strategies and solutions; provides advice and proactively facilitates the provision of high quality, timely, and accurate services to customers; develops appropriate policies and procedures; manages related budget; maintains program documentation; ensures compliance with various laws; and evaluates and reports on programs.

Hiring salary is commensurate with experience. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Housing Finance, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Public Administration, Community Development, or Business Management; four (4) years of direct professional experience administering housing finance programs and developing multi-family rental housing along with familiarity with HUD/FNMA/FHLMC/LIHTC policies and procedures/loan processing and mortgage lending for first time homebuyers; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Job Contingencies and Special Requirements Valid driver's license and good driving record (driving records may be reviewed annually for continued qualification).
