Job description

Salary: $23-25

We are an expanding real estate company looking to add an Property Management Maintenance Technician to our team.


Your main responsibility will be the conducting maintenance inspections and preforming regular work orders on our rented houses and apartments keeping them in good condition while our residents are living in them.


This is a full time $23-25 an hour position.


Qualifications:

-Smartphone with ability to take and upload pictures

-A valid drivers license, and basic tools.

-Pass a background and criminal check.


Abilities in the following:


-Show up on time and ready to work

-Stay on task and work proficiently

-Have a good attitude with coworkers and customers

-Follow general company policies.

-Strong communication skills

-Lifting of heavy materials

-Some demolition

-Landscaping

-Trash Clean Up

-Basic Plumbing

-Basic Appliance and Electrical Repair

-General maintenance and repairs

-Ability to troubleshoot various maintenance issues

-Ability to work as part of a team and perform maintenance tasks independently

-Willing to be on-call rotation for emergency and after-hours, weekends and holidays

-Ability to fill out necessary paperwork (time cards, work orders etc)

-Have a basic set of hand and electric tools

-HVAC Certification preferred but not required


Most of our rental units are houses located across the city and will therefore require being willing to work in all parts of the Metro.
