We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at our 45 room hotel. This role is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes pride in maintaining an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support housekeeping staff, including room attendants and housepersons
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are consistently met
  • Assign daily tasks and manage room schedules based on occupancy levels
  • Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to staff
  • Monitor inventory levels for linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities and submit orders as needed
  • Address guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure efficient room turnover and issue resolution
  • Assist with deep cleaning projects and seasonal tasks as required
