Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Nexus of Elmwood Park in Berwyn, IL. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility, providing exceptional service to our patients, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all housekeeping operations, including scheduling, training, and supervision of housekeeping staff

  • Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of the facility

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance

  • Develop and manage budgets and inventory for housekeeping supplies and equipment

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control guidelines
