As Housekeeping Manager, you'll help lead the day-to-day work of the Housekeeping Department, supervising the housekeeping and laundry team to deliver spotless, welcoming spaces for every guest. If you're an organized, hands-on leader who takes pride in high standards and building strong teams, we want you on our team!
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000
Your Role:
In this role, you'll support department leadership in overseeing the Housekeeping Department, helping ensure rooms, public areas, and laundry consistently meet hotel and brand standards. Some of your key responsibilities include:
  • Support department leadership (Director of Housekeeping/Executive Housekeeper) in overseeing daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, directing housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are impeccably maintained.
  • Conduct daily inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel and brand standards.
  • Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and place orders as needed to maintain proper stock levels while minimizing waste.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices in compliance with hotel policies and budget guidelines.
  • Create and manage department schedules and payroll in line with business forecasts to meet hotel productivity and budget requirements.
  • Participate in recruitment, hiring, training, and performance management of housekeeping staff.
  • Provide hands-on support during peak periods and oversee deep cleaning projects.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols, including sanitization and proper handling of chemicals and soiled linens.
  • Address guest requests, concerns, and complaints with attentiveness and efficiency.
  • Maintain key control systems and enforce proper radio communication etiquette within the department.
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, safety protocols, and house rules.
  • Collaborate with other departments and participate in hotel meetings as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Supervisory or leadership experience required.
