Job description

❏ Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

❏ Schedule staff and organize replacements as needed.

❏ Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas daily.

❏ Inspecting rooms to ensure that company and Covid-19 standards of cleanliness are met.

❏ Take inventory, write orders and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies.

❏ Document areas cleaned by room attendants and report any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests.

❏ Perform daily housekeeping cleaning duties as part of the housekeeping team.

❏ Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed.

❏ Must have reliable transportation.

❏ All other duties as assigned by Pinnacle Hotel Management.


Housekeeping Manager Requirements:

❏ Supervisory experience in hospitality housekeeping management as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping director, or similar position.

❏ Applicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service.

❏ Excellent organizational, communication, and management skills.

❏ Ability to prioritize tasks and get them done in a timely manner.
