Job description

As a Stock & Housekeeping Department Manager, you lead a team to ensure the support needs of the store are met throughout the day and new stock is distributed efficiently. You'll have the opportunity to create a welcoming, clean environment and achieve the operational goals for the store.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Motivate associates to perform duties efficiently - train, coach and lead by example
  • Execute all duties of a stock & housekeeping associate and ensure department duties are completed accurately and timely
  • Assess associate performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of service and store appearance
  • Ensure all equipment works properly and supplies are available to complete daily tasks
  • Manage task lists and prioritize requests
  • Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
