We are a licensed household goods carrier seeking an experienced Moving Sales Representative to join our growing inside sales team. This position is for professionals with direct experience working for a licensed moving carrier. If you understand the moving process from estimate to delivery and have a proven ability to convert leads into booked moves, we'd like to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate moving estimates based on customer needs and operational requirements.
  • Convert qualified leads into booked residential and commercial moves.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers through phone, email, and CRM.
  • Work closely with dispatch and operations to ensure accurate scheduling and service execution.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience with a licensed household goods carrier.
  • Strong understanding of DOT regulations, carrier operations, tariffs, and virtual or in-home estimating.
