We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential property portfolio. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards, enjoys solving problems, and can seamlessly manage multiple projects, vendors, and properties simultaneously.

What You’ll Do

As Estate Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and ongoing success of our private estate and residential property portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of a large private estate in Quebec, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Recruiting, managing, and coordinating estate staff, including housekeeping, maintenance personnel, gardeners, and other household support staff.
  • Sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Planning and overseeing renovation, maintenance, and improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Managing luxury short-term rental properties in Mont-Tremblant and Bois-Franc, including guest communications, bookings, property readiness, and issue resolution.
  • Identifying potential real estate acquisition opportunities by reviewing listings and conducting market research throughout Quebec, including monitoring Centris and other relevant sources.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all property-related operations and proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and preserve asset value.
  • Coordinating administrative activities related to the estate and property portfolio, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, invoicing, and follow-up with vendors and stakeholders.
