What You'll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you'll help lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while modeling Northern Tap House values and creating an environment where both guests and team members love to be.

Success in this role comes from balancing great leadership, exceptional hospitality, operational excellence, and developing a team that delivers outstanding experiences every single day.

Our managers create an atmosphere filled with energy, teamwork, and fun while ensuring every guest receives an outstanding experience. You'll lead by example, coach and develop your team, and help drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence through our proven systems and procedures.
