In this position, you will focus on working closely with developers and engineers to support, build, and deliver an extremely critical distributed platform. You will be expected to understand product and business needs, infrastructure, and production support requirements to develop modern solutions and engage with Leads and Architects in critical technological decisions.
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, or a related discipline.
6 years of software development experience on large-scale enterprise platforms and distributed systems.
5 years of experience in large/complex projects with multiple dependencies using Agile (Scrum/Kanban/Scaled Agile) processes for planning, implementation, and change/release management.
4 years of experience in financial services (preferably at a brokerage firm) with domain knowledge of Margins, Options Expiration, Futures, Violations, and Pledged Asset Loans.
Experience in Full Stack Development using Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, and .NET Core within a Windows data center environment.
Experience with frontend and UI technologies including Angular, RXJS, TypeScript, and PrimeNg.
Extensive experience working with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
Preferred qualifications
Hands-on expertise with Agentic AI tools and frameworks, and experience working in an AI-Led Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC).
Expertise with messaging systems, specifically IBM MQ and Kafka.
Knowledge of application integration with Business Process Management (BPM) platforms such as Appian.
Database experience with Aerospike NoSQL, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
Experience integrating SOAP and REST services.
Proven experience owning and operating multiple instances of mission-critical services, utilizing telemetry and metrics to drive operational excellence.
Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify stakeholders, assess needs, and manage expectations through effective communication.
Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity and a geographically diverse technical team.
