Slitter OperatorSummary

Join Millennium Print Group as a Slitter Operator!
We're looking for a Slitter Operator to join our manufacturing team. If you enjoy hands-on production work and want to be part of a fast-paced environment producing world-class trading cards, this is your opportunity to grow with an industry leader.

Location: Durham, NC
Schedule: Onsite
Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + shift differentials + full benefits package


What You'll Do
  • Operate slitter equipment to produce high-quality trading cards that meet production and quality standards

  • Review job instructions and follow production schedules accurately

  • Make routine machine and feeder adjustments to maintain productivity and quality

  • Inspect product samples throughout the shift and document results

  • Communicate job status and equipment conditions during shift changes

  • Record production, downtime, and job details in manufacturing systems

  • Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet on-time delivery goals


What You'll Bring
