Role Descriptions:

Key Job Responsibilities

· Project Lifecycle: Support all project phases, including requirement gathering workshops, testing, Cutover and post-go-live support. Coordinate with functional teams and Basis teams during cutover activities and upgrades.

· Role Design & Management: Design, create, modify, and maintain complex, secure and optimized SAP roles, including Master, Derived and Composite roles for business and IT.

· Authorization Management: Update authorizations via SU24 to manage authorization objects, minimizing security risks.

· S/4HANA & Fiori Security: Secure HANA databases, manage OData services, and configure user access, Implement security controls for SAP Fiori apps, including catalogs, groups, tiles, and catalogs/spaces.

· Audit & Compliance: Ensure compliance with SOX and internal audit standards by conducting user access reviews and maintaining documentation.

· Support & Operations: User and Role administration, managing user life cycle processes and troubleshooting authorization.

· Documentation: Maintain updated security procedures, user manuals, SOP, Work Instructions, Role Matrix, Reports etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of experience in SAP Security, with specific experience in HANA database security, Implementation, Roll-Out, Upgrades and support. Ability to work independently and guide business stakeholders on security best practices.

· Tools: Proficient in HANA Studio, HANA Web IDE, and SAP Fiori Launchpad, CSI Tool for SOD report extractions · Compliance: Strong understanding of SAP SOD (Segregation of Duties), risk analysis, Critical access, SOX and internal and external Audits standards and recommendations.

· HANA Expertise: Proficient in HANA DB privileges (System, Package, Schema, Analytic), SQL privileges, and runtime/repository roles.

· Change Management: Manage SAP Security transport through the system landscape, ensuring compliance with Change Management guidelines and SOD policies.Desirable Skills:
