Experienced Plant Maintenance Technicians Wanted

Earn $31-$36/Hour (DOE) + Company-Paid Medical, Dental & Vision + Monthly Bonus Opportunities

Plant maintenance experience is REQUIRED.

We're building a brand-new sand processing plant and are looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team.

This isn't an entry-level role. We're looking for professionals who have worked in aggregate, mining, sand, cement, asphalt, concrete, or other heavy industrial processing plants and know what it takes to keep production equipment running.

What You'll Do
  • Help build and commission our new processing plant.
  • Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, bearings, hydraulic systems, and other production equipment.
  • Weld, fabricate, and perform preventative maintenance to keep the plant operating safely and efficiently.

  • Required: Plant maintenance experience in an aggregate, mining, sand, cement, asphalt, concrete, or other heavy industrial processing facility.
  • Strong mechanical and welding/fabrication skills.
  • Experience with conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, motors, pumps, and hydraulic systems.
  • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.
