Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform development
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, and Salesforce integrations
• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Modeling, ETL/Data Migration, and Data Governance
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with Generative AI/Agentic AI tools and Salesforce Einstein AI/Agentforce
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Platform Developer II preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Experience Cloud.
• Develop integrations, support data migration, and implement scalable platform solutions.
• Follow Salesforce best practices for code quality, security, DevOps, and governance.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, QA, and business teams in Agile delivery.
• Mentor junior developers and leverage AI tools to improve development productivity.

Salary Range: $150,000 -$160,000 year
