Job description

14700 - Salesforce Architect - Tech Lead (Onsite) - Juno Beach, FL / Houston, TX
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. The expectation is to be onsite five days a week, with the added flexibility of working from home one day per week after completing six months of the contract.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.
Our Client is hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer:
19812:Level 2 (6-10 years of experience)
19814: Level 3 (11-15 years of experience)
19811: Tech Lead (12+ years of experience)
19810: Architect (12+ years of experience)
Required:
  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL / Houston, TX (required);
  • Experience with Salesforce development including Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, platform events, governor limits, and bulkification patterns [4+ years];
  • Experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and MuleSoft;
  • Experience with data migration projects including ETL/ELT design, transformation logic, data validation, and cutover execution;
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines in multi-org environments;
  • Experience with Generative AI and/or Agentic AI tools in a software delivery context;
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud;

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud including custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, LWC components, and advanced Flow automation;
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems including MuleSoft, SAP, Documentum, and legacy platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and CDC;
  • Build and maintain Salesforce data models and support data migration efforts from legacy platforms including ETL/ELT design, data validation, and cutover execution;
  • Leverage Agentic AI platforms daily for accelerated code generation, test automation, story refinement, and technical documentation;
  • Integrate Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, and GenAI-enabled flows into case management, portal, and automation workflows;
  • Develop solutions adhering to Salesforce governance standards, NERC compliance, and audit-ready documentation requirements;
  • Collaborate with the Tech Lead, Product Owner, and QA leads in Agile ceremonies to deliver sprint-ready work items and mentor junior developers on platform best practices;
