This role also manages Guest Services by hiring, scheduling, and training part-time team members, while providing administrative support to the General Manager and department leaders as needed.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:RV PARK SERVICESPromote the Hoover Met Complex RV Park to generate maximum usage and revenue of the facilityCoordinate RV Park events and guest experiencesManage RV Park reservations, guest communication, and customer serviceProcess RV guest payments, reconciliations, and refundsMonitor security issues and notify appropriate ManagerMonitor weather and notify patrons if emergency procedures are in effectReport necessary repairs needed to RV LotUse and maintain proficiency in Campspot reservation softwareGUEST SERVICESSupport in the hiring process, training, developing and scheduling guest service team membersCoordinates and provides "Guest First" training to ensure courteous and friendly first-in-class service to all guestsMaintain front-of-house standards and enforce venue policies and proceduresMaintain a clean space and perform regular walk-throughsMaintain confidentiality and discretion with guests and Team Member informationProfessionally resolve guest concerns and complaints and/or direct to appropriate ManagerMaintain a clean space and perform regular walk-throughs (indoor/outdoor) to ensure venue front entrance and lobby cleanlinessKnow and enforce the venue policies and proceduresADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:Provide administrative support to the General Manager and department leadersManage office supply ordersResponsible for evaluating and coordinating office supply ordersAssist with general developing of procedures, presentations, and communications to support all ManagersAssist in the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual client reportsServe as Manager on Duty as assignedOther duties as assigned by General ManagerMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with reliable attendanceStrong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and remain focused in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer service, organizational, and detail-oriented skillsAbility to work well with others in a professional and respectful mannerSelf-motivated with a strong sense of initiative, ownership, and accountabilityCommitment to the safety and well-being of guests and team membersCustomer service and cash handling experience preferredWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 20 pounds waist highMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, or bendWill be required to operate a computerFacility has intermittent noise
