Are you a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse who thrives on leadership, teamwork, and providing exceptional care - even during the quiet hours of the night? Rock Creek Care Center is looking for a Full-Time RN for our NOC to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals!
This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and resident-centered environment that values teamwork, quality care, and professional growth.
What You'll Do:
  • Supervise and support the nursing team during your shift to ensure high-quality resident care.
  • Oversee and coordinate daily nursing activities in compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
  • Monitor residents' conditions, provide direct nursing care, and respond promptly to changes in status.
  • Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to ensure individualized care plans are followed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and charting in accordance with professional standards.
  • Support and mentor CNAs and LVNs, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Ensure safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance throughout your shift.
