Job description

Job Title: Risk Management Generalist
Location: Remote, USA
Company: Boldt Company
Anticipated Hourly Range: $28 - $35
At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.
In construction, risk isn't a back-office function, it's the difference between winning and losing the job, protecting margins, and delivering with excellence. We're looking for a Risk Manager (Generalist) who can see around corners, connect the dots across projects, and proactively manage risk from preconstruction through closeout. This is a highly visible role partnering with operations, legal, safety, and leadership to navigate everything from contract exposure and project risk to compliance and emerging business challenges.
If you thrive in complexity, bring a practical mindset, and can influence without authority, this is your seat at the table. You'll drive enterprise-level risk awareness, strengthen controls, and enable smarter decisions across the business-all while supporting high-profile projects that shape communities. Join us and help build not just structures, but confidence in every outcome.
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $28 - $35 hourly. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
