Do you have a passion for leadership, great food, and creating awesome customer experiences? Little Caesars is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Hourly Restaurant Manager who's ready to bring a positive, "Can Do" attitude to a fast-paced, FUN environment where leadership and energy are everything!
In this role, you'll lead your team by example-ensuring top-notch service, maximizing sales, keeping costs in check, and inspiring everyone around you. If you're driven, detail-oriented, and ready to grow, this could be your next big move!

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading from the front with energy, accountability, and a customer-first mindset
  • Ensuring every guest enjoys fast, friendly service and a perfect product
  • Driving sales and executing local marketing strategies

  • Training, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
  • Handling operational responsibilities including banking and inventory

What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of management experience in quick-service or 1+ year in full-service dining
  • Strong team-building, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze profit & loss reports and manage costs effectively
  • Reliable, adaptable, and ready to work a flexible 35-40 hour schedule
  • Able to lift, squat, and stand for long periods-this is a hands-on role!
  • Valid driver's license, insured personal vehicle, and a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent, and strong basic math skills
  • Must meet Little Caesars background and employment eligibility requirements
