Location: Remote – Must be based in the Memphis, TN; Huntsville, AL; Nashville, TN; or Atlanta, GA area

Salary: $75,000–$80,000

Schedule: Full-Time

About the Role

Absolute Storage Management is looking for a Director of Sales Center who knows how to drive sales, build high-performing teams, and turn data into results.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the strategy and performance of our Sales Center. You’ll lead the Sales Center leadership team, establish sales standards, identify performance gaps, and develop strategies that improve lead conversion, revenue, productivity, and customer experience.

We’re looking for a sales-driven, people-first leader who knows how to hold teams accountable while creating a culture where people want to perform, grow, and succeed.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Center leadership team and build a high-performing sales culture.
  • Establish sales goals, KPIs, and performance standards while driving accountability.
  • Analyze conversion rates, call volume, productivity, staffing, customer experience, and revenue trends to identify opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to increase lead conversion, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Marketing to maximize lead generation, campaigns, and customer acquisition.
  • Partner with Operations to strengthen communication and support for property teams.
  • Identify technology and process improvements that enhance sales performance.
  • Build scalable Sales Center processes, workflows, training, and best practices.
  • Oversee incentive and recognition programs that drive engagement and performance.
  • Investigate customer feedback and operational challenges, identify root causes, and implement measurable solutions.
  • Present Sales Center performance, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Partner with HR on recruiting, development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Serve as a cross-functional leader across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Learning & Development.
What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales or remote teams.
  • Strong sales operations and contact center leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success using KPIs and data to drive sales results.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and accountability skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and sales conversion.
  • Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, execute, and measure results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Salesforce, Teams, SharePoint, and reporting platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Property management or self-storage experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% 
Experience & Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of call center management or equivalent leadership experience required; 5+ years preferred.
  • Office administration experience required.
  • Property management or self-storage experience preferred.
