Required Qualifications **All requirements listed below are non-negotiables and candidates will NOT be considered if you do not meet the following.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with proper documentation
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Previous customer service/call center experience required
  • Must live within 50 miles of ZIP code 77598 for onboarding and equipment pickup
  • Must have reliable high-speed internet
  • Must be available to work any assigned shift between 8:00 AM and 1:00 AM, Monday through Sunday
  • Schedules are assigned after training based on business needs. Assigned schedules are non-negotiable, and shift preferences will not be considered.
  • Must pass a federal background check and drug screening
  • Strong computer, data entry, and communication skills
