Which is better, PO or PM?

In product management, a Product Owner (PO) typically focuses on managing the product backlog and ensuring the development team understands priorities, while a Product Manager (PM) oversees the overall product strategy, market research, and stakeholder communication. Both roles require strong communication, prioritization, and analytical skills, but the PM often has a broader strategic scope, whereas the PO is more involved in day-to-day development tasks.

Are PMs in high demand?

Product Managers (PMs) are in high demand across many industries due to their role in guiding product development and strategy. Companies seek PMs with skills in project management, user experience, and data analysis, often requiring familiarity with tools like Agile and Scrum. The demand is expected to grow as organizations prioritize innovation and digital transformation.
