Licensing and Training
Over your first8 to13 weeks,you'llstudy for and obtain necessary licenses(varies byindividual situation),which mayinclude:

  • Resident state Life,Healthand Annuity

  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)

  • Series 6 and 63,7 and 66, or 7, 63 and 65.

After completing licensing, you may enroll in a comprehensive6-weektraining program.

What you can expect
After licensing and training, you'll start building your book of business with the ultimate goal of joining the sponsoring team in the traditional financial advisor role.Typical activities include:

  • Meeting with potential clients to build genuine, long-term relationships based on shared values and goals.

  • Educating and empowering clients to make knowledgeable financial decisions about investments, insurance,retirementand generosity.

  • Building a strong personal network through local nonprofits,churchesand businesses for future growth.

  • Developing skills and best practices to be a successful financial advisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.

  • Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

Compensation and Benefits

You'llhave income stabilitythroughsplits,individual and team salescommissionsand incentive pay structures.Compensation is $60,000-$100,000(combination base revenue packageplus upside potential through commission).Compensation varies significantly based on the strategy of the practice, the compensation philosophy of the practice, the specific qualifications and experience of the individual, the location of thepracticeand many other factors.
