  • We have an opening for a part time RECEPTIONIST – HOURLY position.
  • Location: UBS - 1285 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10019. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Part time. Monday through Thursday; 32 hours a week, between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. More details upon interview. 
  • Requirement: Two years of receptionist, administrative, or administrative assistant experience is required.

Job Summary

Working in this role, you will be a key point of contact for both associates and guests. You will be a visible, mobile, always available presence in the assigned area. It will be expected that you establish trusting relationships with employees.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes customers to the workplace, confirms their requirements, and orients consequently

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or equivalent hospitality experience
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to create and maintain a welcoming, hospitable environment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under varying stressful conditions with a patient, calm and friendly demeanor
  • Resourcefulness, professionalism, and poise
