First Shift Warehouse | Mon–Fri | Weekly Pay + Full Benefits | No Nights or Weekends

Monte Package Company, a Bunzl company, is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Worker for our warehouse in Riverside, MI. This position will perform a variety of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock, operating a forklift for several hours a day, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

What you will be doing:

  • Select orders from the warehouse
  • Load customer vehicles
  • Operate a forklift
  • Observe all safety policies and procedures
  • Assist with inventory controls procedures including physical inventory and cycle counts
  • Meet all productivity standards in a timely manner
  • Work successfully in a fast-paced environment

Requirements to be successful:

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required
  • Warehouse experience is preferred, but not required
  • Must have forklift experience
  • Lift heavy objects (up to 60 – 75 pounds) with or without accommodations for the entire shift
  • Overtime will be required based on business needs
  • Must have basic math skills; and be computer savvy
