Licensed Clinical Therapist

(LCSW/LCSW-A, LCMHC/LCMHC-A, LMFT, Psychologist)

Join an Innovative Integrated Pediatric Care Team

Burlington Pediatrics / Mebane Pediatrics is seeking compassionate, collaborative therapists to join our growing integrated behavioral health program within a thriving independent pediatric primary care practice in North Carolina.

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside pediatricians, advanced practice providers, care managers, nutrition professionals, and clinical support staff in a truly team-based medical home focused on whole-child and family-centered care.

We are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based pediatric care while building innovative models that improve access to behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and families.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling options including afternoons and select evenings.

  • Responsibilities
  • Provide evidencebased psychotherapy services for children, adolescents, and families
  • Conduct behavioral health assessments and treatment planning
  • Collaborate closely with pediatricians, APPs, care managers, and other integrated care team members
  • Participate in care coordination and interdisciplinary case discussions
  • Document encounters accurately and efficiently in the Electronic Health Record
  • Support population health and preventive behavioral health initiatives
  • Educate patients and families regarding behavioral and emotional wellness
  • Qualifications Required:
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology
  • Active North Carolina licensure or license eligibility:
  • LCSW / LCSWA
  • LCMHC / LCMHCA
  • LMFT
  • Licensed Psychologist
  • Experience working with pediatric or adolescent populations
  • New graduates with strong training experience will be considered
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Commitment to evidencebased, patientcentered care
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in integrated behavioral health or medical settings
  • Training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ParentChild Interaction Therapy (PCIT), traumainformed care, behavioral interventions, or family therapy
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

    Full-Time

  • Compensation range:
  • Fully licensed therapists: approximately $70,000$105,000
  • Psychologists: Compensation based on experience and role
