This role is focused on crafting high-quality pre-rolls with consistency, speed, and precision. If you have a strong background in pre-roll production and take pride in clean, uniform joints, this is a great opportunity to join a growing cannabis team.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare cannabis flower for pre-roll production, including grinding, weighing, and staging materials.Operate knockbox equipment to efficiently produce consistent, high-quality joints.Hand-finish pre-rolls as needed to ensure proper pack, shape, and appearance.Maintain strict quality control standards for weight, density, and burn consistency.Inspect and sort finished joints to meet company specifications.Package and label pre-rolls in compliance with Michigan regulations.Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready.Track output and report any issues with product or equipment.QualificationsCandidates should have prior experience in pre-roll or joint production, with knockbox experience strongly preferred.A high level of attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to maintain consistency in a high-volume environment.Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive setting and demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong team-oriented mindset.Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass background requirements.The role also requires the ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on tasks throughout the shift.What We OfferThis is a full-time position with steady hours and the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced cannabis operation.
