Pre-Roll Technician (Entry-Level)- Paid training provided!
Pay: $17.13 / hour
Location: Spokane Valley, WA (Right off I-90)
Schedule: Consistent Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week
Experience: ZERO Cannabis Experience Required – We Train You!

Joint Machine Processor – Spokane Valley, WA
$17.13/hour | Open Availability Required

Join a fast-paced production team focused on crafting high-quality pre-rolls from start to finish. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying productive, and being part of a collaborative environment, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

  • Grind and prepare cannabis for pre-roll production
  • Operate rolling machines and assist with hand-rolled products
  • Sift material and ensure consistency for production
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accurate weights and standards
  • Track production output, inventory, and daily totals by strain
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas
  • Collaborate with leads to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Support training, R&D, and other processing departments as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • 21+ years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Comfortable standing/sitting for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a two-story warehouse, using stairs regularly, and working at heights (mezzanines/upper levels)
  • Basic computer skills preferred
  • Reliable, efficient, and team-oriented

Bonus (Not Required):

  • Experience with trimming, rolling, or production environments

Requirements:

  • Age: Must be 21+ years old (State I-502 regulatory requirement).
  • Education & Experience: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent practical work experience.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably navigate stairs or elevated warehouse mezzanines throughout the shift.
