Cold Storage Forklift Operators

Frez-n-Stor Inc - Springdale, AR 72764

Salary Range $17.50 - $18.75 Hourly

Description

FREZ-n-STOR is a commercial cold storage warehouse that provides quick freezing, handling and storage for the food industry. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented forklift drivers to join our Operations Department.

Schedule: 2nd shift: 4:00pm start time (shift runs from 8 to 10 hours). Hours may vary.

Pay: $17.50/hr. - $19.25/hr.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to operate electric stand up reach trucks.
  • Must be able to work in freezing temperatures - (Gear provided to keep warm).
  • Must be able to work 8-10 hours per day.
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. continuously throughout the shift.
  • Steel Toe or composite boots.
Qualifications

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lift and store heavy loads with an electric stand up reach truck.
  • Move pallets in/out of freezers and blast cells.
  • Retrieve orders for shipment.
  • Follow procedures for correct inventory tracking.
  • Wrap pallets to prepare for shipment.
  • Add slats, restack boxes and remove broken pallets.
  • Maintain work area clean.
