Job description

Fallon Insurance Agency is growing, and we're looking for driven people who want to build a real career not just work a job.

This is a high-performance phone sales role built around one simple idea: you can have everything in life you want if you'll just help enough other people get what they want. Here, that means protecting families across five states with the right home, auto, life, and umbrella coverage and building yourself a strong income and a real future while you do it.

We don't believe in throwing you to the wolves. We supply the leads. We supply the proven system, the scripts, and the coaching. Your job is to bring the work ethic, follow the process, and serve people well. Do that, and the income takes care of itself.

Here's what you win when you do it right:

A dependable hourly base you get paid while you learn and build

Per-policy pay on every policy you write, paid on top of your base

Strong producers earn in the $70,000s, with top performers pushing toward $100,000+ a year

A year-end profit-share you share in after one year with us

A full benefits package that protects you and your family

A real career path from Producer to Senior Producer, Team Lead, Sales Manager, and even running your own expansion office

This is not a revolving-door sales floor. We're building leaders and long-term professionals. If you're coachable, competitive, and ready to put in the work, we'll give you everything you need to win.

The kind of person who thrives here is:

Coachable

Confident
