- Greet customers and listen attentively to their vehicle concerns
- Create accurate repair orders and document customer requests
- Communicate with technicians regarding diagnostics and repair needs
- Build and present repair estimates for customer approval
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Recommend needed maintenance and additional services
- Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
- Handle incoming calls, follow-ups, and general customer inquiries
- Deliver a professional, high-quality experience at every touchpoint
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to explain automotive issues clearly and in straightforward terms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic automotive knowledge, or a genuine willingness to learn quickly
- Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
- Comfortable recommending and presenting needed services to customers
Qualifications
- Previous service advisor or service writer experience preferred
- Automotive repair knowledge strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Software Experience (a Plus)
Experience with any of the following is an advantage:

Pay and Benefits
- Position type: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
