Job description


Precision Transmission is looking for a dependable and motivated Removal & Installation Technician to join our growing team. This position focuses primarily on the removal and installation of engines and transmissions, along with some light to moderate general automotive repair work.
We are a busy, well-established shop that values teamwork, professionalism, and quality workmanship. If you take pride in your work, show up ready to work hard, and want to be part of a shop that respects its employees, we’d like to talk with you.
Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • No weekends
Responsibilities
  • Remove and install engines and transmissions
  • Perform drivetrain and related component repairs
  • Assist with general automotive repair and maintenance
  • Work closely with diagnostic and rebuilding technicians
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow shop procedures and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members
Qualifications
  • Automotive repair experience preferred
  • Experience with engine and transmission R&R is a major plus
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Own tools
