Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field, Current Strength and Conditioning certification. Knowledge of strength training, conditioning, athletic development, and sports performance principles. Preferred: Membership in the National High School Strength Coaches Association (NHSSCA).
