Heavy-Duty Wrecker Operator – $7,500 Sign-On Bonus!

Toledo, OH


Schedule: Full-Time, On-Call Availability Required
Sign-On Bonus*: $7,500 (paid out in four increments throughout the first year of employment)

What You'll Do:

  • Operate medium to heavy-duty wreckers for towing semi-trucks and trailer.
  • Perform accident recovery, rollovers, winch outs, and abandoned vehicle recovery
  • Respond to emergency road service calls in a safe and timely manner
  • Communicate with dispatch to provide accurate updates and ETA’s
  • Complete detailed paperwork and reports for each service call
  • Inspect and maintain trucks, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness
  • Provide exceptional customer service in high-pressure situations

What You Bring:

  • Class A CDL (Required & Kept Current)
  • Current DOT Physical & Ability to Pass Drug Test
  • Clean Background & Insurable Driving Record
  • Mechanical skills for minor vehicle repairs
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain professional and calm in high-stress situations
  • Lives within 30 minutes of our shop (5825 Angola Rd)
