Job description

Yoh has an immediate, 6-12 month contract, possible hire opportunity, as a Bilingual Music Publishing Coordinator (Spanish/English) within the Entertainment & Music industry to join our client, Hybrid, at their office in Miami, FL
  • $25/hr. maximum hourly rate
  • 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday
    • 4 days OnSite, 1 Remote
  • Demonstrated experience managing music publishing metadata, song registrations, catalog administration, and large datasets with a high degree of accuracy.
* Candidates must currently reside within commuting distance of the Miami office and be available to work onsite 4 days per week from the start date. Relocation candidates will not be considered for this opportunity*

**Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Due to the client-site nature of this role, we are unable to support OPT or STEM OPT employment, including completion of Form I-983**

What You Will Be Doing
  • Serve as the primary publishing services contact for a portfolio of Latin music clients and independent labels.
  • Manage client onboarding and provide training/demos on the client's publishing technology platforms.
  • Complete song registrations with publishers, collection societies, and rights organizations worldwide.
  • Review, validate, and maintain accurate song metadata, catalog information, and publishing records.
  • Ingest and manage client catalogs within publishing administration systems and databases.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding publishing administration, licensing opportunities, song registrations, and royalty statements.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews and manage large datasets to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and the client's Publishing affiliates to support catalog registrations, rights management, and client initiatives.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Music Business, Entertainment Management, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • 2-3 years of experience in music publishing, publishing administration, music rights management, or a related music industry function.
  • Hands-on experience with song registrations, catalog management, publishing administration, and metadata quality control.
  • Strong understanding of music publishing rights, royalty processes, and publishing operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including experience managing, analyzing, and validating large datasets.
  • Experience with music metadata management, catalog onboarding, and data validation with exceptional attention to detail.
