About Us:
Circle H Dirt Work & Excavation LLC is committed to delivering high-quality sitework services with a focus on safety, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement. We empower our teams to build strong foundations and foster lasting client relationships. We are currently seeking motivated Laborers to join our team and assist with various tasks on construction and excavation sites.
Role Overview:
The Laborer plays a vital role in supporting site operations by performing manual labor tasks essential to project completion. This role requires a strong work ethic, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work collaboratively with equipment operators and other crew members.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Preparation:
  • Assist in preparing and clearing job sites by moving materials, debris, and equipment as directed.
  • Help with excavation, grading, and compaction activities under the supervision of skilled operators.

Material Handling:
  • Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and move them to appropriate locations on the worksite.
  • Ensure that materials are properly stored and organized to facilitate efficient job site operations.

Equipment Assistance:
  • Support heavy equipment operators by providing ground assistance during equipment operation.
  • Assist in maintaining and cleaning tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.

Safety Compliance:
  • Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to create a safe working environment for yourself and teammates.
  • Participate in safety meetings and training sessions as required.

General Labor Duties:
  • Perform other labor-related tasks as needed to support site operations and project schedules.
  • Be adaptable and willing to take on a variety of tasks as directed by supervisors or team leads.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required.
  • Strong commitment to safety and the ability to follow safety protocols.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced crew members.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.
