Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an SAP Technical Lead Architect in Wilmington, MA.
Responsibilities:
* SAP Technical Lead Architect will lead the design and delivery of scalable enterprise application and integration solutions
* Define and maintain technology standards, architecture frameworks, and best practices
* Collaborate with business and technology teams to develop secure, high-performing solutions
* Guide development teams through architecture, design, and implementation activities
* Oversee system integrations, cloud-based solutions, and application modernization initiatives
* As an SAP Technical Lead Architect, you will evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to support business objectives
* Drive DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and quality-focused engineering practices
* Manage technical relationships with vendors and technology partners while ensuring successful project delivery
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
* 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise technology leadership
* Strong experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise application solutions
* Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and mentoring engineers
* Experience working with enterprise platforms, APIs, and distributed systems
* Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and application lifecycle management
* Expertise in application architecture, systems integration, cloud technologies, and software development best practices
* Strong vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery experience
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused solutions
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with occasional travel
* Experience with AI-enabled technologies and modern architecture methodologies is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
