Inventory Management: Oversee inventory counts, ordering, and support accuracy in receiving, picking, and shipping activities to maintain optimal supply levels.
Administrative Support: Assist Service Center personnel with quote development, order entry, job file setup, invoicing, and document management to support efficient office operations.
Performance Monitoring: Track productivity, labor utilization, and work backlog to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and service teams to fulfill customer commitments and resolve operational challenges.
Staff Development: Assist with scheduling, training, and performance evaluation of hourly staff to build a capable and motivated team.
Travel Requirements: Initial travel for training (potentially a couple of weeks) and occasional travel to customer sites as needed.
Success Indicators: Ability to make independent, sound decisions with minimal supervision, leading to stable and efficient shop operations.

Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
