Bath Planet of Arkansas is growing and looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our showroom team as Appointment Setters / Showroom Consultants.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping create a positive experience while scheduling in-home design consultations.Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist showroom visitors
  • Engage with customers and build rapport
  • Schedule appointments in person and over the phone
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls
  • Convert walk-in traffic into booked appointments
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom
Requirements
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Outgoing and professional personality
  • Comfortable speaking with customers in person and by phone
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Sales or retail experience is a plus, but not required
