Job description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Wrap all coins counted by jet sort equipment.
  • Collect all coins from slot machines.
  • Weigh, wrap and put coins in vault cans.
  • Verify and fill ATMs.
  • Collect currency boxes from tables.
  • Collect currency from change machines, and fill with correct amount of coins.
  • Sort currency.
  • Count currency using GSA counting equipment.
  • Strap and verify count.
  • Take all money to vault.
  • Clean count room.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience operating and maintaining counting equipment, scales and wrappers helpful.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES
  • Strong aptitude with numbers and counting.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Able to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Willing to learn and follow established procedures.
  • Available to work 10-hour shifts (schedule may vary).
UNIVERSAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
  • Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Normal mobility throughout the facility.
  • Able to lift up to 60 pounds.
  • Strong back.
